Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg And Foot

Number of possible causes for the calf pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
There are a number of possibilities for the pain in the calf that you described which is now involving the under part of the foot. The 1st possibility that comes to mind would be a muscle sprain often related to excess physical exercise or activity. Topical and oral NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or diclofenac along with a muscle relaxant like orphenadrine citrate would help in resolution of the pain. Stretching exercises and warm compresses will also help.
If the calf is swollen and moderately tender then a deep vein thrombosis should be ruled out via a Doppler ultrasound of the affected limb. Narrowing arteries or Peripheral arterial disease pain is exacerbated on prolonged walking and relieved by rest and is referred to as claudication pains. Nerve compression secondary to a disc prolapse is also a possibility. I would advise you to go to an E.R or hospital near you to physically examine the affected limb and advise the necessary investigations and medication accordingly.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
