Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penile Tip
Question: I have pain in my tip of penis no discharge at all but is there, spetially when I think about it I comes strong, I had gotten pain and discharge years ago and I know the outcome but, this time is not the same, I am just concern that it would not go away, it is torable but I want to make sure it is taken care

Thank you, is there anything I can do to minimize pain? It seems that when I think about it it comes strong, is there a psychological effect, or I just over reacting, I am embarrassed to ask my partner about it, or not I could have gone to a physician from the get go, what are my options without visiting an office, thanks

From what you are telling me, I would recommend to you check the entrance of the urethra and see if these is any redness, or lesion. If not, than there is a possibility that it may be psychological, but it still doesn't rule out for sure the option that it may a sexually transmitted infection. (especially if you have a new partner).
I will suggest to you still go to the lab and do the exams recommended above, even without needing to go to the doctor (Urine analyse, Urine culture if the first one is positive, Culture/swab for Gonorrhea or chlamydia). If any of these come positive then you need to tell to your partner, because you might have gotten the infection from her, or give it to her, and you both will need to get treatment.
Anyway, after getting the results, let me know how they come out, so I can suggest a treatment accordingly.
The only way to treat the pain is by treating the cause of it, either if it is psychological or an infection.
