Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penile Tip

Some information needed, and suggestions given.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,
I read your question and I understand your concern.
In order to give an accurate answer, I would need some information.
Are you sexually active? Does the pain started after you become sexually active, or it has been there before? Does your partner has symptoms? Have you ever been tested for sexually transmitted infections before?
Some infections come without visible secretions, and sometimes the only symptom may be the pain.
I will suggest that you consider the following labs:
-- Urine analyse
-- Swab and culture for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia
-- A physical examination to your local doctor so he can be able to check for any lesion, lump, or redness.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
Regards,

You can go to the lab, and tell me the results. I will suggest treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
From what you are telling me, I would recommend to you check the entrance of the urethra and see if these is any redness, or lesion. If not, than there is a possibility that it may be psychological, but it still doesn't rule out for sure the option that it may a sexually transmitted infection. (especially if you have a new partner).
I will suggest to you still go to the lab and do the exams recommended above, even without needing to go to the doctor (Urine analyse, Urine culture if the first one is positive, Culture/swab for Gonorrhea or chlamydia). If any of these come positive then you need to tell to your partner, because you might have gotten the infection from her, or give it to her, and you both will need to get treatment.
Anyway, after getting the results, let me know how they come out, so I can suggest a treatment accordingly.
The only way to treat the pain is by treating the cause of it, either if it is psychological or an infection.
I hope I have clarified you. Please let me know if you have other questions. I will be happy to answer. Otherwise please close and rate the answer.
Take care.
