Brief Answer:
Possibly...no one can say it for sure...
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. You have a history of breast cancer, both breasts removed, ran chemo and radiation.
2. Currently, you are having pain in left should under collar bone with swollen lymph-nodes; while injury is absent.
3. From your medical history, unfortunately, the first thing to think and to rule out is the "signs of cancer" (bone/lymph nodes metastasis).
No one can predict what X-ray and MRI would show. I hope none of my doubts will be shown in you upcoming tests.
All the best and God bless!
