Urinary tract problem and possible chronic bacterial infection of intestnes
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Lets systematize your problems as it seems to be more than one issue.
1. Right side back, groin pain and testis pain.
This symptoms are very characteristic for urinary tract issues. Back is where the kidney is located. Kidney is connected with a bladder by an ureter. Please note that ureter is a very long structure. On its way to the bladder it meats some important structures. One of such structures is a nerve which irritation causes very characteristic groin pain. The condition which can cause occasional back pain and groin pain is kidney stone. When the stone gets out of kidney, it travels through ureter. In the area where mentioned nerve is located such stone can cause groin pain. You may have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating with this issue. The pain can also radiate to the testis.
2. Bloating and gas.
The most common reason for this symptoms is diet and bacterial problems of digestive tract. Please note that in case of chronic bacterial infection, due to food digestion by this bacteria lots of gas is produced.
Diet which contains fats, read meats, lots of proteins, lots of sugar (sweets) can also cause bloating and gas.
Here is what you should do:
- get urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done
- increase mineral water intake (up to 2-3 liters /24 hours) - it will help with both bloating and kidney problems
- improve your diet (avoid chocolate, sweets, red meat, alcohol, coffee)
- increase fiber rich products
- start probiotic intake
If this wont help in a week or so you should:
- have stool test and stool culture test done
- consult urologist for possible prostate infection
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
