I do have some chest discomfort but only at rest. I use to take Crestor but found out I am allergic to it which caused severe chest pain. In 2010 I had a stent medicated put in the obtuse marginal artery at the back of the heart. I have no issues with it.
Brief Answer:

Now, you are opening your file fully.
You are hypertensive, diabetic and had Coronary stenting 6 years ago. All these are major risk factors for cardiac diseases.
So possibility of heart related event is more likely in your case.
So first investigation should be ecg.
And if there is little change or abnormality then you should definitely get done coronary angiography to rule out coronary artery blockage.
Hope I have solved your query.
