Question: Hi doctor my husband constantly has pains in his testicles he had some test done seen specialist they say nothing is wrong an xray states minimal hydrocele on both sides another xray mudly prominet pancreatic and biliary system . He now has a rare leukemia which is monitored can this be all related

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has pain in both testicles and ultrasound Scanning has revealed bilateral minimal hydrocele ,The hydrocele he has is secondary to mild infection of Testicles .
It should get resolved with antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice dail for a 2 weeks .
The prominent pancreatic and biliary system are not related to bilateral hydrocele .
