Brief Answer:
diclofinac and tramadol can help

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Pain from kidney stones can be controlled by use of pain killers like diclofinac or ibuprofen tablets. but these should be used only if kidney functions as estimated by serum creatinine levels are normal.

you can take 3litre or more water per day this will also help in flushing out the stone. but this should be used only if the patient does not have any heart disease.

kidney stones that are less than 7 mm in size may pass ut by themselves. larger stones may need surgical intervention.

If you have no fever or blood in urine you can continue to try conservatively.

tamsulosin tablets also help in ureteric stones

Best wishes
