Brief Answer:
what's the cause?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
has your doctor identified a potential cause? Did you have any injuries? Have you checked your CPK (creatine phosphokinase), 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels and ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate)? Have you done any other tests? Do they hurt all day long or does it come and go? And when does it hurt if it's not all the time? Is it related to exercise or rest?
Please provide as many details as you can, as it may help me to get a better idea of your situation.

Brief Answer:
your doctor may consider a NSAID
Detailed Answer:
You haven't answered most of the questions, so I can't get even the slightest idea about the cause of pain. Leg pain requires orthopedic assessment not only for the legs but also for the back as compression of the spinal nerves may cause pain elsewhere. Vitamin D levels (25-hydroxy-cholecalciferol) should be measured. CPK is an enzyme that increases when there's damage to the muscles. A myositis for example may cause pain, disability and high CPK levels. ESR is a broad test that may raise concerns for autoimmune disorders in some cases.
Since you're allergic to tylenol, your doctor may consider prescribing a NSAID to you as a short-term treatment. Other drugs that may help include drugs effective against neuropathy (like pregabalin or gabapentin). Of course the dosage of the opioids can be titrated to ease the pain without getting too many side effects like sleepiness, constipation, etc.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind regards!
