Brief Answer:
Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency probable reason

Detailed Answer:
How is your elbow pain now? did you take Ibuprofen 400mg for couple of days? Did it help?
Your ESR is normal so there is no inflammation.
I think the problem is due to Vitamin D and calcium deficiency.
I suggest to take TAB CALCIFEROL 60K, one tablet once a week for 8 weeks. Tab SHELCAL 500mg once a day for 30 days.

Brief Answer:
Take oral pills

Detailed Answer:
hi,

first of all get blood test ESR done. if it is normal then you can just take oral pain pill like ibuprofen 400mg.
If ESR is high I suggest to get an x-ray and meet local doctor.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Doctor.

Yes I did take Combiflam 400 and I feel its slightly better.

In the meanwhile I got a bull body check up and I have uploaded those reports too, hope you had a chance to see them.

The doctor in Maxcure felt it might also be due to high uric acid and asked me to take a test for that. I shall do it shortly.

Just want to be re-assured that it nothing serious.

Thanks and Regards XXXXXXX
