It is doubtful whether an interaction of 3-5 seconds can really cause any STD and that is possible only if the partner has it.
Secondly, do you have any symptoms related to penis, urethra or urinary system?
If not present, no worry at the moment and wait and policy is adopted.

I have a slight tingle at the tip of the penis however there is no pain during urination or ejaculation or to touch.

I had an examination today where he felt the testicle with no pain and did some resistant activity and diagnosed a strain in the tendons, ligaments and muscles of the groin.
