Question: I take oxycodone/acetaminophine 10-325 (4) shoulder, right arm plus lumbar leg and feet pain. I have had three spinal surgeries and my nuro surgeon does not recommend more. My feet pain has really increased and is very painful. I added lyrica but it has a lot o side effects so I have dropped it.
Can I add something to help my feet? Oxycotin?

Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Radiculopathy associated pain requires pain killers and pain modulator drugs.
Pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine can be taken. Other pain killers or opioid is administered under doctors prescription. Oxycodone or oxycontin is prescribed by a registered physician.
You can try gabapentin or pregabalin with low doses increased gradually.
Physiotherapy under physiotherapist guidance should be done.
Lyrica side effects may be dose related.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
