Question: Pain in both legs, below knees. Pains badly when geeting up from sitting on floor, climbing stairs. Few points in the leg below knee are very sensitive. Small hit with finger also hurts badly.Back ache

You may be having knee chindromalacia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.I think you might be having Chondromalacia patellae. In this condition there is softening of knee cartilage. This can be caused by following reasons.
1.Common in females.
2.Seen in person who do lot of Yoga /exercises.
3. Some time there is no cause can be find out.
I have studied your case and I think you are having anemia also. So I would suggest you following.
1.Avoid squatting, sitting on floor or using XXXXXXX style toilet.
2.Take Etoricoxib 90 mg tablet daily.
3.Volitran ointment daily application.
4.Hot water fomentation.
5.Calcium and vitamin D 3 regularly.
Also take Iron and Folic acid tablet for anemia. I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
