Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck And Upper Back
Question: Sunday (yesterday) around 1PM I began experiencing neck and upper back pain. It has caused headaches and difficulty moving. I didn't feel any pain the day before, haven't been sleeping difficulty, and didn't do much physical activity on Saturday. Between noon and 1 yesterday I spent some time chasing around a 2 year old, but typically if I over exert myself with playing with my nieces and nephews I don't feel any muscle aches until the next day. I figured sleep would make me feel better but I'm still having upper back and neck pain today. Other than ice and rest is there anything I can do? I'm supposed to be flying across the county on Friday and really need to be able to move my neck by then.

Perform neck extension exercises from a Physiotherapist.
