Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If the right leg and foot are not functioning or moving or having decreased power and tone then the plantar reflex (Babinski reflex) needs to be looked for. If there is a focal neurological deficit then imaging investigations may be advised e.g CT Brain to rule out or look for the possibility of a stroke/ CVA.

If none of the above is found then Tylenol along with gabapentin and tizanidine can be advised for a period of 7 days for adequate pain control. NSAIDs can be given based on severity and adequacy of renal function.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
