Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shoulder Blade

default
Posted on Tue, 19 Sep 2017
Question: I've been experiencing pain that starts in my shoulder blades then radiates to the center of my chest. It happened mostly two nights ago and slightly this morning. Is this gallbladder related? Or heart? I'm very fit and wear an iwatch and my heart rate is good. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Not heart or gall bladder related!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. The heart and gallbladder are in no way related to this pain. The nature and location do not support these hypotheses.

Your pain is more of musculoskeletal in nature. I will recommend physical exercises that involve the shoulder joints. Movements should be in all directions to allow for flexibility. If in pains, use 1000mg of tylenol for relief.

I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
