Brief Answer:
Take pain killers and get examined by a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Pain in thigh region at this age can be due to disc prolapse, ureteric stone, hip pathology.
You need to be examined by a physician or neurologist or orthopaedic surgeon.
For symptomatic relief, pain killers like aceclofenac or diclofenac can be taken at present.
