Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Shoulders

Question: I have pain on my right shoulder back side for few months. I felt it could be due to picking up kid or my be sleeping right sideways. By applying move it reduces down but not gone completely and troubles occasionally. Pain killer will help only for sometime. Can I take mobizox? It helped my wife for similar pain on her rib muscle pain.

Yes, you can take Mobizox. It is a muscle relaxant, helps to relax the strained muscles. You can take it after food. However, please note that this is a prescription drug. Please get it prescribed by your doctor.

It is possibly due to excess strain and improper posture. A daily stretching exercise regimen will help you keep the muscles active and relaxed. The short stretching work out would include neck and shoulder stretches. Shoulder rotations and push ups.

I heard it is a banned drug in many countries so was worried. Is it safe to take it? How long I should take it? I am assuming it would be twice a day after food.
