Question: Feeling headache upper part of head and heaviness behind eyes from last 2 days. Took one allergy medication earlier.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Frontal region headache may be due to frontal sinusitis or migraine headache.
Is there any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Previous history of migraine headache?
Any history of rhinitis, sneezing, cough or fever?
Any tenderness over frontal region of head?
Any eye swelling?
You can take steam inhalation.
Pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be taken for acute relief.

I feel sensitivity to eyes when I see bright light. No fever, running nose. Feel continuous slow headache in upper head area and if I massage around upper nose I feel relieved n then feel pressure between eyes.. No past medical history of migraine or sinus

Regular frontal headache with sensitivity to bright lights may be migraine.
Get examined by a neurologist.
If headache is recent onset then only pain killers as advised will be helpful.
