General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of Ct scan proved pan-sinusitis with development of nasal polypi that are obstructing the airway hence must be causing you nasal blockage, you also have heart related problems hence I would advise you teh following:
First of all, consult your Cardiologist for full cardiac evaluation so that he can prepare your heart to withstand anesthesia and surgery and this is most important part of preparation.
Once cardiac and general fitness is done then only go for FESS that is function endoscopic sinus surgery.
Before this you have to get prepared with medicines for sinus problems to have better intra-op and post-operative course of recovery.
If you take all these care then the surgery will be successful.
You have to have proper follow-up for 6 months after surgery with your ENT surgeon.
And follow up with your Cardiologist well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
