how long should I expect to wait for a response,
Brief Answer:
Muscular pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From the given history it could be muscular pain secondary to carrying the child, however all pain radiating from the neck to the collar bone should be evaluated for cardiac issue.
Here is how you should go about it
1. Tab Acetaminophen will help relieve pain however the ideal tablet would be aceclofenac ( requires a prescription)
2. Apply a local diclofenac gel, it will reduce the pain and relax the muscles
3. Please get an EKG done at a local clinic especially if the pain becomes stronger, if it is associated with sweating, palpitations, giddiness or breathlessness.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
