Brief Answer:
I think you need to take Disease modifying drugs also

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think your doctor has prescribed you only pain killers but no drugs acting on Rheumatoid. So your symptoms are still not relieved. Before I advised you any thing I would like to know few detail about your illness.
1. Did your doctor ordered any blood test like Ra factor, ESR, CRP?
2.What joints of body are most painful?
3.Do you have any stiffness in morning, If yes , how long it lasts?
Please send me answers of these questions.I will try my best to help you.

No There were no blood tests ordered. I did have rt. hand X-Rayed. The most painful joints are fingers wrists, elbow and shoulders. I don't have stiffniss but I have coninuous pins and needles in both arms and hands.

Brief Answer:
We need these investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. I do not think you can be diagnosed as Rheumatoid patients without blood investigation.I would suggest you to follow these tests.
1.CRP
2. Ra factor
3. ESR
After these test if you are having positive Ra factor or raised ESR than apart from pain killer you need to take disease modifying medicines. It includes HCQ, SAAZ, Methotrexate.
Without these medications, Your pain might increase.
So I would recommend you to discuss these points with your doctor and get blood investigations.
thanks
