Suggest Treatment For Pain Under The Left Rib Cage
Question: I have pain from my lower left three ribs almost to my hip. No known trauma. Is it just a spasm issue

I have studied your case. Pain on left side near rub cage can be due to many causes but at your age most common issue is heart related. specially if this pain increase on exertion.
I would recommend you to get an ECG as soon as possible to confirm if it is not due to heart issue. If ECG is normal then it is mostly due to muscle pull. In that case rest , Tablet Brufen and hot water fomentation is sufficient.
