Suggest Treatment For Pain While Diagnosed Prostatitis

No, I am quite certain that you were not the source of his pain
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking your question on healthcare magic. I will do my best to help you.
The prostatitis is almost certainly the reason why he had pain. It doesn't make sense that someone would have prostatitis and have pain with one woman and not with the other. On the other hand, we don't know the source of the prostatitis, as if it was a sexually transmitted infection then it could have been from you or any other of his partners.
However, even if he did get the infection from you, it makes no sense that he would have sex and immediately afterwards have pain and then have sex with someone else and not have pain (hope i've made this clearly understood, please don't mind).
I would highly recommend that you both get tested for STDs. if your testing turns out to be negative then you can for sure tell him that not only are you not the source of his pain, you are also not the source of the infection. If your testing is positive, at least you will know and get treated for it.
I hope this is helpful, please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
