Detailed:
Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.
I can well understand you concern about this sudden appearance of blister and you must be having doubts on what it really is.
What can it be?:
It does NOT seem to be a gum cancer, i will tell you in detail how gum cancers look like.
Possibilities:
1-It can just be nothing and will disappear it self.
2- It might be some displaced skin over the partial tooth and it is not a dangerous thing.
3- It is very common that some depression may occur at the end of partial teeth specially where they end because partial teeth can move from their position and cause this depression.
4- As you said the hole is where the partial teeth end so it can be due to displacement of partial teeth slightly.
Gum cancers:
1-They are usually very painful.
2- They usually bleed or cause hard swelling.
3- There are less than 1% chances that they cause hole without any signs on above lying gum skin and bleed.
4- Partial teeth are not a risk factor for gum cancer.
My opinion(conclusion) :
1- This hole is due to some irritation or some displacement of partial teeth don't touch it much and you can use Somogel over it.
2- Visit your dentist to get it checked up and get a checkup of your partial teeth if they are at their place
3-According to your description there are almost NO chances that this is gum cancer so don't worry.

Thanks for writing back to me.
I can feel your worry and concern and i have given you my opinion keeping in mind all the possible best reasons and options according to you history and description, which I could give without any visual and lab testing aids,
It is definitely advised that you follow up with your attending dentist and I will ask you to prefer the dentist which installed you partial teeth or at least the one, who knows your case,
He may find some other local reason to the issue but I will again repeat that in my opinion possibility of cancer according to your description doesn't look very bright... so don't take stress don't panic and visit your dentist as soon as possible.
