Suggest Treatment For Painful Cramps In Lower Legs
Question: over the past 4-6 weeks I have been getting painful cramps in my lower legs between the knee(not affected) and my feet and also in my toes. I feel like I have to stretch or something and when I do the muscles knot up or cause my feet to curl to the side or up. I take potassium, d3, magnesium.....should I quit taking them. The D3 is prescribed with calcium. During the day, my calf muscles especially, are sore from the cramping at nite.
Could I possibly not be drinking enough water. It is usually all I drink during the day except for coffee until about 10 a.m.
