good evening.

thank you for writing on health care magic.

Well the sort of problem you are telling looks like carpal spasms.. It is usually due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin d and the muscles fail to contract properly. is incase you are not on substitutes for it, that I would recommend you start them. they if it still doesn't improve we can plan further investigation

hope the information was useful

Thank you. I will start taking calcium and Vit. D again. There is one other problem I have that I have been unable to solve. For the past two years I have had about 25 migraine headaches that last 1-2 days. I always vomit or gag even on water - can't hold anything down. Is there any relationship here? I had a small number of migraines over the past 50 years but nothing like this. They come about every 10 days or so. I am absolutely miserable. I do grit my teeth sometimes at night and the last migraine was directly connected to that - I woke up in a bad dream gritting my teeth very hard.XXXX

Brief Answer:
Migraine

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Sorry for the late reply. just got home from duty

1. Well these headaches dont look too related.. Probably the severity of your migraine is getting worse and you need to step up to better medications to prevent it from occuring. Something like Vasograin or beta blocker needs to be tried... The only link with rheumatoid arthritis is, associated Fibromyalgia which can further make these headaches worse. But never the less, you should see your neurologist for it once...

2. Do you experience any other symptoms like irritability, forgetfulness, fatigue or something like deprived sleep..

We need to see this link for sure though

Do let me know these queries

No other symptoms except forgetfulness. I have done a couple of new things like leaving pot on heated stove and forgetting it. I sleep well usually.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia many years ago but thought it had abated.

Further course

Detailed Answer:
good evening

sorry for the late reply. had a long emergency duty...

Well there is a possibility of Fibromyalgia coming back...but it is always difficult to distinguish whether the migraine attack havr increased or if it is due to FM coming back...

Never the less you should see a neurologist first and get started on treatment for prevention of migraine attack. if he doesn't feel the severity of did to migraine we will be initiate therapy for Fibromyalgia

Also do give a try to yoga and meditation everyday. It is known to help lower the stress levels and recurrence of attacks
