Suggest Treatment For Painful Indentation In Back After Falling
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: I fell three months ago on concrete on my behind. It left a large dent after the bruises But now, when I run, or do things like jumping jacks, any fast up and down movements, it starts to burn and sting deep inside that dent. It is very painful and feels like nerve pain. Is this normal and will it ever heal? It doesn't hurt until i do something like running or do exercises that shake the fat on that hip.
I did go to a chiropractor who did x rays and there is no fracture, nothing is broken

Brief Answer:
Could be due to fibrosis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and very carefully considered your problem. It seems that the impact of the fall has caused some soft tissue injury which has healed with fibrosis. When you do rapid movements, these fibrous strings are getting pulled and hence causing the pain. It might be difficult to get rid of but regular exercise should gradually resolve the problem. Getting assistance from a physical therapist should be useful.
