Question : I have constant issue with both of my big toe
ingrown toenails very painful

Thanks for the query.
You can apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
Once the pain subsides you can start using salicylic acid based cream like xerina.
This will keep the skin and nail soft.
If this doesn't help you can meet a dermatologist and get it cauterised by chemical.
