Brief Answer:
Furuncle/Boil
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up and telling details.
I am afraid to say that the picture you uploaded does not show the lump well. However, the clinical description goes well with a boil/furuncle.It is a form of localized infection.
Please start taking Tab.Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid(625 mg) three times a day for 5 days.Along with,Tab.Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day,empty stomach.(PLEASE TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY).
If this does not start improving in a couple of days, please get it examined by a general surgeon. It might need an incision and drainage in that situation.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
