here is the sore on my lip that bleeds sometimes and then the sore at the bottom of my gum, under my teeth. most of the users have edges to them if that makes sense. I have about ten more In my mouth. some of them are in the crease where my gums and cheek meet. I got them the same day I first saw the rash. the rash is almost gone but I'm still sick with a cold almost all the time and the users are still painful. I'm not using any ointment

Brief Answer:
Lesions not related to pityriasis rosea

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

The kind of oral ulcers you have developed night either be oral aphthae or they could be due to oral herpes infection
You surely need to be seen by a dermatologist for proper examination and further management.
For the time being , you should start intake of oral multivitamins and apply a topical anaesthetic cream for pain relief.
Avoid intake of oral pain killers or any other antibiotics.
