Brief Answer:
Need more information plus Images

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better..

-Are these cysts/ pimples painful?
-Do you regularly have these cysts/ pimples Or just occasionally?
-Do they appear in numbers Or just as a single isolated lesion that pops and then a new one appears?
-Do you also have a history of acne elsewhere e.g on face/ back?
-Can you upload a few Images of the areas affected?

You may upload Images either at "Reports Section"

Or

You may mail me Images at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line of the mail as Attention: Dr. Kakkar.

Going by your description I suggest a possibility of either:
-Bacterial skin infection i.e furunculosis
Or
-Nuchal acne along with hidradenitis suppurativa.

Brief Answer:
Skin tags/ acrochordons; radiofrequency cautery Or Co 2 Laser

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images.
These are in fact skin tags/ acrochordons rather than pimples Or cysts. A few of them have a stalk and others are sessile, soft growths.
Folds of axilla and neck are a common site for these outgrowths.
Skin tags are otherwise asymptomatic but can get caught in clothings, lockets etc Or may rub against shirt collar and then may pain.
They can be easily removed with the help of a radiofrequency cautery Or CO 2 Laser vaporization.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
