Suggest Treatment For Painful Rashes On The Back
Question: Hi i have had a painful patch of spotty rash on my back under where my bra strap goes, i thought maybe my bra had been too tight, but on closer inspection the rash is raised and spotty. I get stabbing pains and burning sensations in it, there is also a less severe patch on the same side below my armpit in line with the original patch, ivd had this for 7 days

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fugal infection- Tinea corporis. If you send a picture of the rash it will be more helpful in identifying.
For this you can apply anti fungal creams like Miconazole (daktarin) or Terbinafine (Lamisil) for local application on the affected area. Using ketoconazole soap is also good. Use loose undergarments till it resolves.
