Locally available broad spectrum antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
This seems nail bed infection and at this stage use of antibiotics may help. Kindly post a photo of the lesion so that I am better able to help.
In my patients I start broad spectrum antibiotic like a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid for 5 days along with vitamin b complex. Commercial preparation available in your area will be known to your local doctor.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any further question
