Your inguinal limb node enlargement can be due some mild infection in inguinal area and genitalia. For this you can consult your gynaecologist. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful in relieving pain. Antibiotics can be of use to control infection.
Your hip pain needs MRI of both hips to rule out avascular necrosis and other disease.
Your tiredness can be due to vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. You can take multivitamins for it. You are advised to get your vitamin D3 level as it is important cause of muscle pain and tiredness. If found low you can take its supplements.

Welcome back
I have gone through your query and follow up query. The limph node enlargement indicate infection in area these are draining. Now you have noticed them in lower area but these are not painful so it is likely these also enlarged when upper group enlarged but noticed later. You can keep a watch on these if these does not further increase in size then no need to worry. These will gradually decrease in due course of time. If these enlarge further than you need to get them biopsy.
