Suggest Treatment For Painful Ulcers On Skin Near Lips
Small Aphthous ulcer, self resolving
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
Ezcat 90 is a 90 minutes prior to CT scan or any other radiology administered barium sulfate and is used quite often.
The ulcer on your lips is one of the many innocuous local reactions to the barium sulfate. It is most common in the stomachs sensitive to the barium sulfate.
It will self resolve. Right now you can apply some local anesthetic oral gels and some low dose oral hydrocortisone gels like triamcinolone acetate etc.
It will self resolve. Dont worry. Avoid future scans with barium and replace them with some friendly one like Meglumine diatrizoate. Weight is worth losing here as it itself can have many catastrophes.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.

Khan
Stop the medicine, don't take it any further.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and sorry for the inconvenience.
Ezact 90 is Etoricoxib and is a COX 2 inhibitor Selective NSAID which no more prescribed by physicians along with rofecoxib for its increased cardiovascular prevalences.
I believe it is doing you more harm than good. Its not indicated for Gout and hyperuricemia at all and not at all for Podagra ( the swollen toe)
The following NSAIDs and Antiinflammatories are advised and recommended.
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as indomethacin
Corticosteroids
Colchicine (now less commonly used for acute gout than it once was)
Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)
Combinations of drugs (colchicine plus NSAIDs, oral corticosteroids plus colchicine, intra-articular steroids plus colchicine or NSAIDs)
The above mentioned ones will help the acute attack but it does not stop there. it has to go further with long term management with allopuranol, febuxostat, Uricase and pegloticase, Vitamin C, Anakinra and Fenofibrat etc.
I suggest you seek a rheumatologist and let them prescribe the recommended ones for the the Gout and rest my answer remains the same for the management of the ulcer you got on the lips vicinity.
Same Low dose corticosteroids and anesthetic gels will help the pain.
I am sorry for the inconvenience again. Please dont hesitate to write back to me. I will try my best to Help you out.
Take care
