Suggest Treatment For Painless Lump In Mouth
Sialolith, fibroma, surgical excision
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the lump in the floor of the mouth is concerned, I have narrowed down the following possibilities.
It can be an inflamed salivary gland duct opening secondary to bacterial infection.
The other possible cause can be a sialolith (stone) in the duct opening or a fibroma. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a Radiograph done to rule out the above said diagnosis.
It is not a tumor, nothing to worry.
If it is a stone or fibroma, then it has to be surgically removed.
I hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries, please reply me back.

May increase in size, wait and watch
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feed back.
If you leave it like that, it can increase in size and may result in reduced salivary secretion and may cause pain while having food. If you do not want to get it operated, observe for some more days and then take decision since it is not an emergency issue.
I hope I have answered your query.
If any queries are there reply me back.
