Suggest Treatment For Painless Pimples On The Penile Frenulum

Question: I have small white painless bumps near my penis frenulem. Painless, not seeming to spread. I have had them for years, or thats when i noticed them. Wife shows so symptoms and i have not cheated

Possibly you are talking about Fordyce spots. They are formed due to the openings of the sebaceous glands (secretes oily, cheesy substance lubricating our skin) which leads to accumulation of the secretions inside. They are harmless and not a cause for concern and need no intervention. However, I would insist you to upload an image. It will help me to confirm on it.
