Brief Answer:
chemotherapy is the line of management

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to HCM
I had gone through your history and can understand your concern

I have seen your all reports.

According to your reports you are having pancreatitis, pancreatic mass/tumor, dilated CBD, gall bladder sludge.

Treatment of pancreatic tumour
Depending on the type and stage of the cancer and other factors, treatment options for people with pancreatic cancer can include:

Surgery

Ablation or embolization treatments

Radiation therapy

Chemotherapy and other drugs

It’s important to discuss all of your treatment options, including their goals and possible side effects, with your doctors to help make the decision that best fits your needs.
Some important things to consider include:

Your age and expected life span
Any other serious health conditions you have
The stage (extent) of your cancer
Whether or not surgery can remove (resect) the cancer
The likelihood that treatment will cure the cancer (or help in some other way)
Your feelings about the possible side effects from treatment

Yes rite, according to your oncologist, you should start up with chemotherapy, because they cannot excise the mass, as you are not fit for surgery.

So chemotherapy is the line of management for you.

thank you
take care

Regards
Dr Priyanka S
