Brief Answer:
meditation

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health concern.
In my opinion you should keep taking cipralex as prescribed always.
Its a mild drug and is not going to result in dependence and thus no addiction risk.
But along with it take some relaxation exercises in your routine so that your mind gets relaxed and thus we can taper off the dose if at all.
Best is meditation, but if not comfortable then first start with yoga and that too at a center with good number of followers and not alone at home.
This way you will have company of like minded people.
Take green tea daily and avoid tea coffee and chocolates.
Take lots of nuts daily especially walnuts and almonds as they have good neurotropic properties.
I hope these measures will help you lots.
All the best.
