Brief Answer:
Please take lorazepam 1 mg as need basis

Detailed Answer:
Heelo,
Thanks for using Health care Magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I do not think withdrawal symptoms may last for this long duration but it may be unmasking of panic disorder which was probably present but masked due to alcohol intake.

Considering this I feel it will be appropriate to start treatment for panic disorder. Lorazepam could be a option and it is recommended to start after discussing with your doctor.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Thanks.

First of all, I have to inform you my drinking pattern to you so it can be identify that alcohol withdrawal is a cause or not of my panic disorder.

Earlier I had left the alcohol and same situation arise but after 4 to 6 months I could be normal and sobar. However, I started again it in 2012 and have been taken continues since last 4 years i.e till 24 XXXXXXX 2016. Once a night when I was drunk and slept , I awake suddenly and feel abnormal, I was facing all the symptoms of the panic disorder at that night. Thenafter, till forth night (15 days) i was suffering from it. I have been normalized and feel batter after passing day by day with the help of family members and friends who have been passing their time with me and never make me alone at night.

So, i have quiet the alcohol on 24 XXXXXXX 2016. Then after I told u as above I did be normal during the 15 days from it. on 16th Day i could get very healthy and undisturbed sleep.

On 24th July,2016 we prepared a plan to go XXXXXXX so we all friends went to XXXXXXX by self driving, and among us , my one friend was taking a drink by seating behind my seat. I did not take it although he forced me. I slept that night at XXXXXXX and at 11.00 am sudden of i awake and again i feel experience of as that day. So i came out from AC rooms and seat in balcony then i be relax. But i could not sleep whole night. and we came return to home from XXXXXXX as sun rise.

SO my question is the symptoms which are gone, are they repeated on the occasion of such like as above ?

Can i fight with the symptoms with myself without taking the medicine, is it possible? because day by day the gravity of panic disorder is seems reduced.

Brief Answer:
It seems alcohol related

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

From the available description there is clear association between alcohol withdrawal and problem of panic disorder. And you narrated there was alcohol in vehicle in which you travelled and smell and sight itself could be enough to bring back the problem. Presence of no symptoms for 15 days indicates toward alcohol associated problem.

Having said this I feel you can fight without medication provided you stay away from all kind of alcohol and remain determined to do with 100% accuracy.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
