Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of generalized anxiety disorder, known as panic attacks or panic disorder.
It is best treated by a psychiatrist, who is well experienced.
Medications such as clonazepam and escitalopram would help.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Treatment needs to be continued longer.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Good medicines needs to be continued longer, may be for six months to one year to get good relief.
In addition, counselling and psychotherapy would also help.
If possible, you may visit MENTAL HEALTH CENTER (MHC) at CMC, Vellore, Tamilnadu, where expert psychiatrists are available.
