Suggest Treatment For Papules And Pustules On The Face And Scalp
Question: what are the effectives measures to reduce pustules on face and in hair
Brief Answer:
Use clindamycin gel and flucinolone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Pustules on face and scalp happen due to infection of sebaceous glands.
Sebaceous glands produce oil and when these get blocked they get infected.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid based shampoo like flucinolone for scalp and clindamycin gel for face.
In addition you need to take lot of water. Reduce oil intake and wash your face with a exfoliating face wash like 1% salicylic acid face wash.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
