Suggest Treatment For Partial PCL Tear In Left Leg

Question: Hello sir, i hav a partial pcl tear in my left leg i consulted a local doctor, he sugested collagen protein pouches and kneecap. Its been 12 days since i consulted doctor. When i keep my leg straight i feel strain in my leg lyk something is streched their it feels uncomfortable special at night i put something below my knee to give it rest keep itin bend position should i do this or not. Is their any position in which i should keep my legs mostly. And i dont play any games still i got this ligament tear is it normal (age-25). Looking for your valuable opinion

You can rest your knee in bent position. YOU ALSO NEED TO DO QUADRICEPS AND HIP STRENGTHENING EXERCISES UNDER GUIDANCE OF YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST.

It is not unusual to got this ligament tear even you don't play any games.It can be caused by pulling or stretching the ligament or by simple misstep.

Generally in how many days it will healed, and there is that occurs time to time at different points how much time will take to get cure, will pain during little is bad for my means would it make the problem worse
