Brief Answer:
I need to have following data first...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Can you please tell first if the presence of air bubbles coming out your anus is also associated with increased bloating or bowel gas?
Have you started to take any new food or supplement to reduce weight? Sometimes, they can cause changes in bowel movements associated with air bubbles too.
Are you also having problems with constipation?
Thank you.

No bloating, but some bowel gases, I'm not taking any diet supplements. No constipation either.
Brief Answer:
Wait a few more days before consulting with proctologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
If a little gas, that is a probable cause to bubbles coming from your anus. Keep good anal hygiene and increase water intake.
Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Wait for a few more days. If still the same feeling, should consult with proctologist to rule out anal problems like tear or anal sphincter dysfunction.
All the best.
