Brief Answer:
Urologist's opinion and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Is the urination a few drops or more?
Since when have you got this problem?
What are the other problems do you have like any weakness in legs / control over motion ?

I would suggest you to get all relevant blood, urine tests and ultrasonography of the abdomen done as directed by Urologist on examination.
You may also require MRI of the Spine if a neurological problem is suspected.
The possible reasons can be:::
Local bladder problems like cystitis
Sphincter dysfunction.
Neurological problem due to a problem in the spine or along the pathway.
Note: Consult a Urologist online for consultation about prostate and bladder problems, sexual dysfunction, kidney stones, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, impotence and erectile dysfunction - Click here.
