Suggest Treatment For Pea Size Purple Lump Inside Vaginal Lips

Question: I had a small pea size purple lump inside the lips of my vagina it was very painful but when I was try to check it out further it came off. Should I be worried about this.
Brief Answer:
Blood blister
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the question. Here are my thoughts:
This is most likely related to a very small amount of surface trauma to a superficial vaginal mucosa cappillary. I liken it to a "blood blister" that you might get on your skin. This then forms a small clot at the surface and eventually falls off. It is a decent explanation and does NOT sound like any form of STD.
What do you think? Do you have additional questions?
