Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Hope this message finds you in good health.
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
I generally see many cases like this at my clinic. Some of them do have just a fibrous tissue that are usually benign and eventually heal up spontaneously.
In your case, it is less likely to be just a fibrous tissue for 2 reasons.-
1.- painful- fibrous tissue swellings are usually painless.
2. history of tumour removal from ovary- there is a possibilty of some tumour particles to have accumulated in the lymph nodes in biceps region.
Whatever be the reason, our life is precious and we surely should not neglect it.
Best thing to do is do excisional biopsy, i . e. get one of the knots removed surgically and get it examined for histopathology and tumour tissue. This test is the only confirmatory test that will 100 % confirm as to what type of knot it is.
once you are done with it,do share the reports with me,will be happy to help you.
You should eventually get back to normal in coming few days.Nothing to worry about, as long as i am there to help you.
I hope your question has been answered.
If you have any follow-up queries, feel free to consult me anytime.
Thanks,Take care,God bless. Wish you a healthy life : )
