Hi,
Pearly penile granules are benign( non cancerous) and 2-3 mm sized growth over penis.
They are not warts,overgrowth or skin tag rather considered as a normal skin variations, mostly seen in uncircumcised penis.So,there is no need to remove it as they are completely normal.
Now,Fordyce spots or granules are nothing but sebaceous glands visibly present over penis and also over scrotum. It has nothing to do with any disease or illness or any kind of infection or STDs.
They are the natural occurrence of skin.
So,here also no treatment required unless they become infalmmed or painful.
Both of the above PPP and Fordyce are seen in many individuals according to their race and territory.
So,don't worry about it.
