Brief Answer:
May be due to a form of human parasite Pediculosis capitis & need treatment

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the consult. Your concerns are genuine and sensitive to draw attention towards possibilities to solve the issue.

I have carefully reviewed your concerns and want to add that this may be due to a human parasite named Pediculosis capitis. It bites the scalp for blood and its saliva is allergenic to human scalp. It causes itching and irritation on the skin.

Management includes medications to kill them on scalp and hair. These anti-lice medications are available over the counter everywhere. Other aids are oiling the wet hair and combing immediately. It reduces the counts to minimum and the medicines (used topically) work perfect. We usually don't use any oral or systemic medication for the purpose. For itching that is unbearable we may use oral anti-allergic.

Let me know if you need further assistance anytime. I am here to help. If you feel nothing helps anymore, consult a Dermatologist in person for thorough evaluation and management.

Regards!
