Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain
It can be endometriosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Fluid in pouch of duglas may be seen after ovulation or may be due to rupture of some cyst. If you have constant pelvic pain and pain is relieved after menstruation then it may be due to endometriosis. Because endometriosis means presence of endometrial tissue at some ectopic place. So it has all changes that are seen in normal endometrium in menstruation. You may have ovarian endometriosis. You can go for surgery and go for histopathological examination to check whether it is endometriosis or some other pathology. Consult your gynecologist and plan out for that.
